Best 2011 motherboard for under $350

Hello, I am still putting together my new part list, and Iv been considering 2011. I also have one question, should I go ivy-e or sandy-e? I dont want to spend to much more then the 4770k, but I could spena A few hundred bucks more. So, whats the best one for under $350? Thanks!

I think the original rampage 4 ex is that price if you look around
