Windows 10 not allowing log in after 0xc000021a blue screen. (Video included of issue)

My issue started a while ago after a particular windows update by laptop bluescreened with the error code: 0xc000021a. I managed to fix it by rolling the system back to before the update. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks

Today on start up I got the error code again so I proceeded to go through the same notion of rolling the system back. This appeared to fix it. However when I got to the lockscreen I could not get to the password box to type in my password and log in.

Here is a gif showing the issue: https://gfycat.com/admiredfrankleopard
