that cpu is very weak any gpu you upgrade 2 will bottleneck the performance increase your hoping for won't be there

Im gonna upgrade to a Ryzen 1600x after I buy a GPU.

Who plays esports games on max settings? I have always thought this was a bit weird to do unless you hit the frame cap anyways.

If you have a good monitors that have 120hz or more go for low settings with that RX580/590 if you have just a 60hz monitor go for highest settings and cap for 60fps you don't want to experience any inconvenience of having screen tearing or stutters anyway.
