AIO explodes

Ok maybe it didn't explode, but I installed a new nzxt kraken x52 and when I started the computer the water block made a popping noise and made a puff of smoke, I followed the guide book and nzxt's install video so to my knowledge all the wires were connected correctly.

So any idea what happened?
