Into a SATA connector from your PSU.

Hi,

 

My new PC case just arrived and there's one cable which I'm not sure where it goes. I'm attaching some pictures. There's no mention of it in the manual. It looks like a male SATA cable but I'm not sure where it goes.

The case is a Aerocool Shard and it has LEDs on the front and the cable is linked to this LED. Now I'm not sure where it's supposed to go.

unless you have a hotswap dock its probably to light the led ? it is a powerlead after all

But where does it go? Directly in the PSU?

yes. throught an cable that have pin to sata
