Division 2....honestly I never bother with this game, but it is a Free Weekend ( if you don't know it yet , go and download it now on U-Play ). So I gave it a go.
To my surprise I actually enjoy the game ( well least FOR NOW ! I'm still at the very beginning, just did my first mission ).

Gunplay feels solid, graphics are great, game runs smoothly even on a FULL AMD System...( THANK YOU ! None of that biased rubbish shit here ), gun sounds well ain't too bad. Could be better.
AI I heard it was really really bad during BETA, but when I played the game earlier it was fine, they aren't stupid, they know how to flank and move around. I wonder if they fixed it or something.
But what I want to talk about here is, what EXACTLY is Division 2 ??

Is it somewhat like Boderlands, but third person shooter, you level up, you collect loot you get stronger ? But in Borderlands, you can enjoy the game from start till end, entirely SOLO.....and there's no balancing issue whatsoever !
Can I play and enjoy Division 2 entirely alone ?? Without ever requiring the need of another player ?? Will there be like a huge balance issue if I solo ?? Will it require me to grind my ass off just to beat the game ???
Will there even be enough content if I treat this game strictly an offline SP game ?? ( Like Borderlands there's fuck load of Missions...you will never run out of Missions to do.... )

Lastly, Microtransaction.....from what I seen, it is all strictly cosmetics only right ?? I mean the game is a Looter Shooter....please tell me there's no such thing are Loot Crates that grants you Weapons / Armors etc in game.
Basically making it a Pay to Win bullshit...If it's just like Far Cry then I'm fine with it...

So to sum it up what I want is
1) Long ass game that I can play entirely SOLO, tons of Missions to do, long Story / Campaign ( Doesn't include that mindlessly grinding and level up to the max, that's not gameplay, that's a chore and work. )
2) Doesn't force you to grind stupidly just to get through the game / beat the game
3) No Pay to Win
4) ( Reserved for Edit )
5) ( Reserved for Edit )
6) ( Reserved for Edit )

EDIT : Actually I may have to rephrase about the " Grinding " part....I don't mind grinding a little, especially in a shooter game...since I love shooting people. But it's because quite few reviews did complained about how boring the grind can get....but they never really express how " bad the grind " can get....is it possible someone in their best way to express exactly " how much " do you need to grind ?? Is it really necessary ??

weeelll you kinda have to "grind" if you want the best loot. just as with anygame+??

Well yeah...what I actually mean is, not like stupidly excessive kind of grind....Ok like in Diablo 3, there's this Season. You start from Level 1 with nothing at all.
But the game is rather EZ to grind, it won't take you forever. Just except if you really want to beat the the best score in Rift / complete every single Achievement.
But if you just wanna compete the " Basic " Season achievements to get the rewards, at most. A month of gameplay you be done with it.  Seasons will last up to about 4 Months....please bare in mind, you start from absolutely ZERO.....( about 3 Hours per day of gameplay )

just one comment on that

it's codeveloped with amd...

Far Cry was developed with AMD, but Far Cry hates RyZen CPU....well in a way...
Far Cry actually benefits more from high CPU Clocks over Cores...you can see that even a 4 Core i5 mops the floor with RyZen 8 Core...meanwhile in Division 2 / Battlefield V and especially AC Odyssey, the i5 literally can't keep up. The CPU be pegged so hard that it ended up bottlenecking due to it's lack of Cores and Threads
GTA V is a huge game, big open world, but it doesn't like Multi Cores either.....well that game is old, but I digress....in the end it have to do with the game's Engine..more and more modern games are starting to benefit from Multi Cores, glad to see it.

You should try it now, the Free Weekend starts today !
They are showing 3 Major DLC releases...any idea what are these ?? Are they Campaign releases ??
If so I think I may actually get this game since it's at a discount as well.

IIRC DLC in the first one opened up some special endgame stuff. its along time ago i cant honestly remember. but i really enjoyed the game and i recall reading about the second one being along the same lines. ill go throw it on the download list right away.

Overall I've seen lot of reviews, most of them give it rather positive rating.
Even WAB...( Worth a Buy ) LOL ! But that's during really early stage of the game. Lot of things may have changed since their reviews.
Since you enjoy Division 1, I think you may love Divison 2, since all of them said it's a huge improvement.
This is my first time playing it yet I'm already getting addicted to it !
