Fullscreen interuption

I wasn't sure where I had to post this, so I thought I would just throw it here.

 

For a little while now every time i move my mouse while i’m watchting a video in fullscreen my screen goes black for a couple seconds. I have no idea what’s causing this issue and I really hope someone here can help me out. The problem occurs every time I watch a video in fullscreen wether that be youtube, netflix or anything else. It doesn’t happen in games however. Feel free to ask for more info if necessary.
