ESD mat aswell?

I have already gotten an ESD bracelet that I will use while building pcs with my tools (that are magnetized), is this enough or should i go the extra mile and get an esd mat?

That's plenty.  Some don't use any ESD stuff and build on carpet in their socks.

Right now I take my socks off cause my feet overheat, but in winter I keep them on. Still build on my knees in carpet tho.
