I think you'll get improvements as the 5010u is indeed better, but 60fps might be a stretch.

Ok guys, so I have a question. The laptop I have has a core i3 4030u at 1.9 GHz. Bad, right? I'm getting a core i3 5010u CPU laptop from my dad at 2.1 GHz, which is still bad, but better. I know the 5010u has hd 5500 graphics, will that run Roblox at or near 60fps? Currently the 4030u runs at 20-30fps only.

Alright thanks. I'll be connecting to a 144hz monitor, so it'll at least be a smoother experience.
