Screen not completely full

Hi all,

 

So using a 65" 4K tv with my htpc and have recently noticed that it's not completely full screen. There is a very thin grey strip on the right side and the bottom of the screen. I have the resolution set to 3840x2160. It's incrediably annoying when watching 21:9 movies and in dark scenes of 16:9 content. I'm also using a Denon receiver which I believe may be the cause as it goes away sometimes when I go in and out of the Denon menu.

 

What do you guys think?
