I'm new to pc building and I have some what and idea what I need to upgrade and stuff like motherboard and psu but I want to upgrade other stuff like gpu and case and maybe ssd I have around 450-470 budget and go up little more

You don’t have ram in your build

I added an SSD, increased loading speed and normal usage speeds a lot.

Much better board that will work with Ryzen 3000.

Vega 56 is around 2.5-3x the speed of the 1050Ti, but don’t overclock this gigabyte card. It’s not a great cooler

Thermaltake Smart is a bad PSU, the CX is much better
