Looking for a M.2 SSD

I am running low on storage on my hard drive and SSD. I want to find a good M.2 SSD for around $100. Just want some recommendations.

Nvme or SATA? If you don't know what that is, what motherboard do you have?

Get either the HP EX950, ADATA SX8200 Pro, or the ADATA Gammix S11 Pro depending on what's the cheapest in your region. They are good drives and usually cheaper than Samsung drives for similar performance.
