Ok... I've just finished my 1st PC build (My proudest moment) and I'm currently running a Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB DDR4, 2 SSD's, 1 HDD, and a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB. The PC runs like a dream, (especially considering my previous PC) except for one issue.... The computer tends to have a random boot issue where when I turn on the PC the screen stays black longer than usual, and then when the boot screen finally comes up it stays there. The only way around it is to force it off, restart, and go thru the BIOS to get it to boot properly. The last time I had it go to sleep, it failed to boot and crashed Windows to the point where I couldn't get back on and I had to reinstall Windows 10. I believe it might be an issue with the motherboard, but I want to get a second opinion before I start shopping for one. The motherboard is a TUF Gaming TUF B450+

Remove components one at a time, until the problem stops. For example, remove all but one DIMM, the second SSD and HDD, maybe even the keyboard and mouse, to eliminate as many variables as possible.

And good luck!

Screwdriver specs: Long, pointy. Turns things. Some kind of metal.
