SO I am currently using like a 730 in my old FX rig...

I would like to possibly replace it with something that can drive both of the 27" monitors I have.  Ideally it would have 2 HDMI outputs.  Needs to be relatively short because longer GPUs overhang the SATA ports on the motherboard and I don't want to spend much on it.

The GTX 750 or 750 ti is far more powerful than the 730 and it still consumes very little power. Also consider an old HD 7770 or something.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
