nothing performance wise except possibly less heat and having all cores at 4.2 because turbo boost boosts one really hard and steps it down on the others

you can tune the voltages to what your specific chip needs. It's only 2-3 degrees but yea.

 

All core turbo/(mce i think) = all core oc/Normal oc

Normal turbo < all core oc/Normal oc
