Hello, i want to purschase a video edit software like final cut pro.. that i can make most of the things pro and no video quality drop.(4k60)

years ago i did use camtasia studio so is it still a good software for me ?

i want it to be simple and not too much effects and so but qualty software.

also iam using win10, with i9700k and 2080, do i need to change any settings for process the video with cpu or gpu, which will be faster.

you can give me any other tip if you want, iam not good at these things. thx
