Random freezing and crashing

I have no idea why my pc randomly freezes then crashes. I recently installed a new hardrive and have transferred data from my old c drive to it. In task manager and other software it says there is no problem, other than cpu usage spiking at points. I have newest Nvidia drivers for my gtx 1060. Please help

What's ur CPU and Mobo? Maybe they're not compatible, or you don't have the latest drivers/bios.
