So, i have R5 1600 and i'm wondering which mobo i should get but i'm too new into building. ( I do not intend to do a huge overclock )

I can only buy this: Gigabyte B450M Gaming or MSI B350M Pro-VH, are they any good?

As for memory, is necessary having more than 2400MHz?

( Sorry for my bad english again )

what country are you at? maybe someone can give you better choices than those 2
why not if the price difference is negligable for both intel and AMD it will gives more performance anyway.

I'm from Brazil, too expensive here.

Depends on offers in your region but ASRock B450M Pro4 is decent board for price. I would avoid B350 board at this point. For memory 3000MHz (XMP) is IMO reasonable minimum, you won´t save much but the performance penalty would be significant.
