Magic Piano three-finger or 4 not working

Hi, i have an Oppo F9 Pro and i can't get Magic Piano to work on when three fingers or above touches
i read that id neet to Disable three-finger screenshot gesture.
i did but no results same problem, does anybody have any idea about this?
