It's only about 3 or 4 years old

But the graphics card doesn't have any HDMI on it? I'm fairly sure the middle port is HDMI.

so I bought DDR4 2400 mhz ram and I tried to insert them and after that I tried to open my PC and all I saw was "Signal not found"

Can you list the rest of your computer specs?

Does it work without the new ram?

Do you have your video cables plugged into your motherboard rather than your graphics card?

Circled red is the graphics card, do you have your video cables plugged into that or the ports above that (Motherboard)?

I don't know

Is it connected to the hdmi port where the IO shield is located, or to the ports where your graphics card is located. Usually it will be the lower port looking from the back top end

But the graphics card doesn't have any HDMI on it? I'm fairly sure the middle port is HDMI.

Well I only have one HDMI so I think it might be it's HDMI for now i'm sure it is. So it stills says "no signal" I connected it to my that port.
