How to split the brandwidth between two browsers?

Hi, I'm spending around 3,4 hours daily uploading videos to the cloud. So I like to listen to podcasts, radios, etc in that time. But the problem is when I upload something I can't watch a video or even stream sound. So is there a way to limit the bandwidth like 90% for the uploading in Firefox and use the rest to stream something in Chrome?

You'd need a router or switch that supports it and enable QoS. Afterwards just inspect which ports each program is using and adjust QoS appropriately

I think it has QoS. But no idea how to set up. Can you please take a look?
