G2a refunds

I bought Diablo 3 on g2a, i was logged in. I refunded it (because i couldn't activate it) and site says it's refunded and all that. I bought it by a credit card, so the money hasn't arrived yet. I refuned it on may 14, today is june 2. When will the money finally arrive? I suppose it'll go to my balance, not directly to the credit card ( correct me if i'm wrong)

you did fraud (fake g2a refund) and they caught you, FBI is coming.

It may or may not arrive.

 

Its the grey key market, some of the keys wont work.

Contact their support, referring to your refund transaction id. Some companies don't take action unless confronted,  hoping the customer won't notice / forget.
