Setting up Dual PC

So, I wanted to setup a Dual PC so will play better and feel more comfortable while streaming. I always notice that I play much better off stream.

From what I have been looking at there is no true way to stream without a performance dip except for a dual pc.

I already have the RAM and SSD, so I cant change them, I dont care too much about gaming performance or aesthetics. I was going to throw in an Elgato HD60 Pro and have it set as a fourth monitor mirroring the main monitor (because it doesnt support display port meaning that I cant get full resolution and full refresh rate).

The part that I am most confused about is sharing my devices. I have an AT2020+ USB Mic that I want to use on both PC's at once and I have a pair of Astro A40's that connect via AUX that I want to share. I am not sure if this is possible by just using splitters. I care more about sharing the mic rather then the headphones because I could probably do some russian engineering and use the casting pc as a microphone to my main PC.

If it costs too much I can just use a separate spare microphone.
