First time builder looking for advice!

Hey everybody,

 

I'm looking to upgrade my current PC to a new one, and I've drafted up a build which I'd love some advice on before I go on with the upgrade.

 

The build is as follows:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6Ghz 6-core

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000

SSD: Samsung Evo 250 GB 2.5" 

HDD: Western Digital 2TB 3.5" BLACK 72000RPM 

Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1070 8GB

Case: Corsair SPEC-05 ATX Mid Tower Case

PSU: Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX 

 

I currently reside in Israel, and I've built this exact draft on a local store's website. The total came to around 3,100 NIS ($854 USD). 

My budget is around $1000, so if you guys have any suggestions for improvement, I'd love to hear it!

I drafted the build up in PCPartPicker, and then went to this store's website, and copied it over.

 

I don't know if you'll be able to read anything on the site, since it's all in Hebrew, but I've provided a link nonetheless.

Great thing about Google Chrome is it has a built in Translator so we can read it.

Personally I'd go with the newer Ryzen stuff, not the older. It has a notable performance increase.

I'd also look at getting a better power supply.
