With the rx 570 card installed, do you get signal if  you connect the monitor to the motherboard?

If you do get signal you may need to go into the BIOS and look around for video output options. Some times the integrated graphics can be setup as the primary video out. Just switch that to auto and you should be good.

Darn, that doesn't sounds very good.  Unfortunately I can't think of anything else to do for troubleshooting.  You may have a bad card :(.

The only thing else I can think of is maybe a power supply issue of some kind. But that is a long shot.

Dumb question, but did you connect PCIe cables to the card?

Oh I thought of one more thing you could try, but it is another long shot. Some times display port and HDMI don't work very well when posting. I am not sure what video outputs your using but if you happen to have a DVI cable and option on your monitor I would use that. For testing purposes.

Sorry I don't have better news :(
