If you still can't get it to boot then I would remove the entire computer from the case and rebuild it on a box with the bare minimum.
One motherboard, one ram stick, one CPU 1 PSU and absolutely nothing else.
No USBs, no fans, no gpu, no SSDs or HDDs and so on.

I fixed it by connecting all pcie port on my gpu(4pins+6pins+6pins)

This is my very first time building a new gaming pc and i've connected all the components and cables. But when i turn on the pc, it says no signal on my monitor. I did reseated gpu and ram. Also im using 2 8pin pcie on my gpu.

Heres the specs. Gaming x trio 2080ti, i7 9700k, aorus pro wifi, 2x8 trident z 3200mhz, h500m

Does the system show any signs of life?

It's not a race to the bottom.

Yep. The pc turns on except the monitor says no signal. Connecting the monitor onto the mobo also doesnt help. I forgot to mention that 1 out of 3 gpu fan spins. I use aorus ad27qd as monitor. Do i need to plug anything else other than power cable and hdmi or dp

I would remove the gpu and use the motherboards gpu.

Remove all but one of the ram sticks.

It's not a race to the bottom.

I did that, same result. But i will try using only 1 ram stick. I'll update once it's done

Update: same result. Im using cm extention sleeved cable. It is possible that i connected to wrong cpu/pcie port?

Did you connect the GPU power cable to the PCIe connector on the power supply?

Also, did you select the right input on your monitor? Some don't do it automatically.

Screwdriver specs: Long, pointy. Turns things. Some kind of metal.

I did most of it. I just realized that i use only 1 pcie cable for the gpu. Is it enough?
