DELL G7 2018 (sticky space bar)

hi guys,

 

I dropped some coffee on my laptop, and a little while later the space bar has gotten really sticky, but functions properly even with the force im used to, but it just feels weird any fixes in mind?

update,

 

out of sheer frustration I started spamming the spacebar and guess what it feels normal again, looks like pressing something harder when angry works, but still i would prefer to open up the keys and give them a clean.
