gpu's at 50% powerload

Hi,

so currently i'm all into decreasing gpu usage levels and this led to some thoughts about my future purchase which will probably be the 5070
i'm decreasing the gpu load through the software functional in most games.

my initial line of thinking aimed me at waterproducts. there was already mentioning of Saphhire declaring they will include a waterloop for the pro version of AMD's new navi cards
now i'm not sure if this will be the 5070 but again in my initial thinking there was some headroom for swapping to the more expensive card to obtain either a looped version or maybe even tryout rog strix's hybrid cooling

The current test with a 1060 3 Gb is running very much to my satisfactory. So far i tried decreasing the load in a couple of total war games. i've tried the same experiment with a 1050Ti and noticed while able to prefer indeed a higher grade card. one of the observations that did surprise me was the rog strix 1050Ti using higher levels of memory then the 3 gb does.

anyway with all of these observations i was wondering if i still should aim for a higher priced 5070 .. for example watercooled versions at 700 ... pro air at 600 and the basic versions at 500 euro's .. the difference between the normal gigabyte range or their aorus cards for example

Do you wanna decrease load (why?) or temperatures?

Also, the 5700 isn't out yet so we can't talk about it without taking stupid assumptions.

stupid assumptions? ... growls a bit .....

The OP message could have been better. Clearly stating this was more of a thought proces then a submitted message, clearly stating a support question, maybe added in the title help and the use of an excisting card ofcourse.
So i was hoping for a suggestion with reasoning towards wich card would work best if my intention is to use it with a max load of 50% of its power, no matter how much the usage on the gpu truly is. My first suggestion would be to pick the cheapest model but i do wonder if higher cost gpu's in the same amd model range will benefit in other ways then is clear from the numbers alone. Maybe colors do look better if you pay that 200 bucks more or there are enhancements not made visible in numbers... better security for example. or watercoolers have a proven better result, quality
Maybe the list should have  looked like this with the title "looking for a suggestion wich card to buy when i'm planning on only using the card 50 >= power

1. gigabyte 2070 mini itx 8 gb                479,- ( euro )
2. gigabyte 2070 gaming 8 gb               519,-
3. gigabyte 2070 gaming oc white         569,-
4. gigabyte 2070 aorus extreme            629,- euro's
