Hi

I am looking into option of fitting an AIO potentially H100i Platinum my current concern is clearance.

i have a Fractal meshify C case

if i mounted on top i worry the fan and radiator combo will bump onto the RAM

if i do front mount.. i worry my Galax Geforce 2070 (285mm) maybe too long.

anybody have similar case?

have a meshify-C also, my AIO is the Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240 Lite for reference... and no problems with it impacting RAM. I don't know if you can see from this picture I just took, but the spacing on the top for adding fans/AIO is sufficient so it shouldn't be a problem in most cases.

If you were to draw a line between where the fans sit and your ram, would they hit? if not you should be fine I would think, but don't know the spec of the h100i, so can't say for sure.

i check fan is 25 mm and the radiator is 27mm...

so you installing it on the top, is that good enough? i saw couple of review that putting in front are cooler..

It really doesn't make that much difference IMO... another reason I use it in the top to exhaust air, is that I like to have decent airflow fans in the front to bring a lot of fresh cool air into the case.

Dimensions for the CM are 277 x 119.6 x 27mm

and the h100i are120mm x 275mm x 27mm

so almost identical, just the corsair is 2mm longer, which shouldn't make any difference as the meshify has slots for the AIO to fit so can be adjusted along that axis.

  • 1 month later...

just to update.. unfortunately it doesn't fit on top..

Vengeance RGB Pro is the culprit.. its a little bit wider then needed.. causing the H100i not able to fit..

luckily my Galax RTX 2070 JUST short enough to clear the AIO when i mounting it in the front. but i have to sacrifice my 3 fan pull setup to just using the AIO radiator+fan.. because if i include the 3rd fan the front mesh will have trouble closing as the front panel cable unable to fit throw the case...

took me 2 hours to just get the AIO install due to all these issue.

Just FYI incase anybody considering this setup.
