underperforming?

i have a ryzen 3 1300x paired up with rx 570 8gb on a b350m mobo. I get less than 100fps on high settings in league of legens when im expecting higher. Did i do something wrong or am i suppose to get these numbers

do you see same result if you set to high /low?

the fps results are about the same when i set it to uncapped. 

cpu: ryzen 3 1300x 3.7ghz

gpu: rx 580 8gb

ram: x1 8gb 2667mhz

usage around 90%

try another game and let me know. it maybe a problem in game optimisation
