Can't Use SSD

I tried installing a new ssd into a prebuilt lenovo pc as a new boot drive, but the drive won't show up in This PC. It does, however, show up in Computer Management page as Disk 1 showing unallocated. Under properties, it shows that the device is working properly but can not be migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

Right click on it in disk management and create a new simple volume.

I have four options when I right click disk management. Refresh, Rescan disks, Create VHD or Attach VHD

Right click on the disk itself:

[Courage the Cowardly Dog]

Yeah, so right click where it says "Unallocated" and you should get an option to create a new simple volume.
