What GPU driver uninstaller did Linus use?

Months ago, Linus was using a well built GPU driver uninstaller in one of the episodes, one that cleans and uninstalls every last .dll, far more than the Win add/removers.

Its been 5 months and its time to update some Nvidia drivers.

 

Anyone know the program?
