i9 9900k, Gaming, Graphics Design, and some light 3D modelling etc.

The 3200Mhz CL14 is about twice the price, and I'm building two rigs, so Ram price alone will quickly become quite a chunk of money, although if it's actually noticeable I'll gladly spend the extra money, I just don't want to waste it on a useless statistic.

3200C14 is probably Samsung B-die for what that's worth... if so, on Intel, relatively easy overclock to 3600 and beyond. I don't know if anyone else has that speed/latency timing but you can confirm by looking up the exact type.
