Upgrades to laptop

Can anyone explain to me possibilities for upgrading laptop (old one) I have Toshiba satellite u500-11E, with socketed CPU, GPU, RAM and all other goodies. What i am interested is about GPU and CPU. I don't think that you can upgrade HD 4570, maybe you know better, but what about CPU? It is entry level T6500 and I can feel it lagging a lot with SSD and 6Gb ram. How to find compatible CPU for this old thing?

Toshiba satellite u500-11E

type : Intel® Pentium® Processor

Sockets Supported PGA478

Thread about something similar :

https://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/735950-Are-the-PGA478-and-PPGA478-sockets-compatible

he has the same socket not the same laptop

<<If he want to upgrade to something faster, he could go to a core 2 duo T2xxx or T7xxx.>>

Overall i dont think you have a lot of choices to upgrade the CPU and i dont think you can upgrade the GPU.

But my Toshiba has Intel Centrino sticker and it is without Pentium, but it is Dual Core duo T6500. So should I look for same FSB and same socket CPU?
