What gpu to get!!

I and building a pc with these specs

 

ryzen 5 1600

16gb ddr4 3000mhz

1tb hdd

500gb ssd

620w sea sonic bronze psu

 

and I’m looking into what gpu to get (I have a 27 inch freesync monitor 1080p)

 

r9 fury triple fan Xfx about 130$

r9 390 sapphire tri fan non oc 90$

R9 390x sapphire tri-x oc 115$

gtx 1060 6gb 130$

gtx 580 8gb 120$

 

what should I get

If you're willing to wait, you could always wait for AMD's Navi lineup at E3. Additionally, if you haven't already bought the mobo and cpu, go with a ryzen 3000. (after performance reviews ofc)

I heard the 1650 was rubbish. In fact, I KNOW the 1650 is rubbish. I also believe there's a gpu going by the name of the Radeon RX 570 that is priced the same and wipes the floor with the 1650 by as much as 20% in some games.

 

The 1650 is very situational. 99% of the time picking the RX 570 is better.

 

Anyways...I think the real problem here is that you have chosen a 620w Seasonic PSU. That to me sounds like an M12II or S12II, which are very old designs. If you can, I'd recommend going for something like this CX450 (Non green label model):

So I should get the r9 fury over the 390x ?

I am running a similar setup but I got the 2600 and I put an RX 590 in it and I have been tickled with its performance

I assume you mean the RX 580 but at the 120 price point where are you seeing 8 gig boards?  

 

For my money an rx 580 or 570 in the price point ballparks you are shooting for would be the way to go.

There are lots of them on eBay for around 120-130 so I will get the rx 580 8gb a lot of people have recommended that

Yeah its only about 10% slower than the card I just bought for 215 bucks.  But I got a Sapphire card and most places that say anything about AMD cards say that Sapphire is probably one of the best AIB partner cards that make AMD cards. But get whatever you like and what fits your budget but a 580 wont disappoint you with the rig you have laid out

I bought new because I just didn't want to gamble on the used market and a 580 having had a rough life as a mining card plus the 590 being a smaller die and higher clocks in general is good.  I was able to overclock to 1600 or so MHZ and run the Heaven benchmark on my sapphire card never dipping below 90fps and at times jacking up to 170ish and left it running for quite a while and the GPU temp stayed very reasonable and performed very well.

No, the 580 slightly beat it.

With 580 it has lower power, higher clockspeed and also newer age.
