HELP slow usb 3.1gen 2

hai

 

I have a usb 3.1 gen 2 enclosure and i use it for my HDD 7200rpm.

when i transfer files i only got +- 30mb/s and with my ssd 100mb/s 

i transfar 4k movies to my HDD

motherboard: msi z170a gaming m5

cpu: 6700k

 

is this normal?

what is the port on the receiving end?

That looks like USB 2.0 speeds

could be a bad enclosure

the enclosure is also usb3.1 10gb the cable is also for usb c3.1 gen2 when i connected to a usb3.0 port it is the same speed
