Hi! Can i use 4 ram sticks with my ryzen 2600, or it only compatible with dual channels?

Yes you can, it will remain dual channel just that 2 sticks per channel.

Have in mind that it's harder to OC the memory the more sticks you use.

I wont oc them. My other question is, that 4 sticks of ram can be over 3000mhz or not?

Anything above 2666mhz is "OC", 3000mhz is more easily achievable with 2 sticks than it is with 4, you'll only know when you try... depends what memory it is too and so on, this isn't really all that black and white.

So if i would put 4 of theese into my motherboard my cpu would Try to earn 3000 mhz whitouth anything? https://www.amazon.com/Team-T-Force-Delta-PC4-24000-3000MHz/dp/B07B635DQJ

And a b450 is enough for this or should i get an x450?

Do you plan on overclocking your processor? If no I'd go for a B450, if yes a X470 might give you more stable OC.

No i dont want to oc my cpu but i need the 3000 mhz of rams. I would use 4 of theese:https://firstshop.hu/ddr4-teamgroup-delta-rgb-3000mhz-8gb-tf3d48g3000hc16cdc01-p162555 Is it possible?

(with a b450 motherboard)
