This just happened.

Asrock b450 steel legend

Ryzen 5 1600

Rx 590

16gb lpx 3000mhz

If I take out the gpu it says no signal. It might be because I turned on something in bios called ultra fast boot time but now I cant even boot

Try resetting the CMOS by removing the battery. You might also wanna try a PS2 keyboard if you get the "input not supported" message.

How are you connecting the monitor?

What's it's make and model?

Are you using any sort of adapter?

Do you have any other monitors to test with?

Can you reset the BIOS as @TempestCatto suggested above to revert that change?

I assume that is likely the issue since you obviously had a signal before since you got into the BIOS to change things, but I'm checking to be safe like I do at work. All questions grant information and details. Info and details grant clarity, which can lead to solutions.

Glad it's fixed. So what was the solution?

This. It'd be good to know for sure.
