a R5 1600 like mine

Ram speed matters too, and GPU of course. Also, what program are you using to measure usage?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

MSI Afterburner. My ram is 2800MHz and GPU is GTX 1080 SC from EVGA but I play at low settings (competitive).

What changes about the CPU usage and framerate when you take the settings up a bit?

I have a Ryzen 5 1600 too, I just went into practice range and I also get about 20% CPU usage. I don't think it's cause for concern

How much FPS? Just when you spawn in dont move and the FPS there, mine is ~220 at ~20% usage

30% CPU usage may as well mean that ~3 of the 12 threads are maxed at 100%.

I mean, it goes without saying but you just may not be capping it at all. It's not a big deal. Unless you have a monitor with that kind of refresh rates, the extra frames don't benefit you at all.

So, what's the monitor you are using?

Why are you concerned about the GPU usage when you're getting 220FPS?

I'm not sure why someone hasn't asked about that part yet (unless I missed it, I've been known to be quite blind at times).

Sorry forgot I made this post. Thanks for the response. Basically, in game I get FPS drops to like 120 and sometimes it stays there and it feels a lot worse due it being a spike and yeah just feels horrible. And the GPU usage is proof that it's something to do with my CPU usage as usually my CPU can easily get 300FPS in practice range for other people and in game like 220FPS out of fights whilst I get like 170 max and in fights I hover anywhere from 120-150. While others gets like 180FPS minimum. So yeah im just confused as to where all that performance is going.
