ram latency issue

hey i bought a ram gskill rivjaws 16-18-18-38 2N.  i had one before avexir blits 16-18-18-36 .   This 2 different ram making my pc crash sometimse....and i think they r not working properly. so i decided to sell gskill  and buy one exact same as avexir. but problem is its probably not available in the market of my country.  so if i get exact same latency ram from corsair r they gona solve my issue?  or i have to check other stuff? can anyone help me with this issue. thanks....

Try and buy RAM that has the same latency and clock speed. You can mix brands and stuff but sometimes that can cause issues. And if you are using Ryzen I recommend buying RAM that is on the QVL for the motherboard.

no mine is intel. so same latency and clock speed is fine with different brand....? @That_PC_Kid

Sorry that I'm late to replying but I'm not sure what the "2N" means.

DDR4 Command Rate, usually it's 1T or 2T but some manufacturer use 1N or 2N instead for the same value.
