Can't boot with D.O.C.P enable

Hi guys, I've just built my first PC, and I'm having a problem enabling D.O.C.P in the bios for ram, when I enable it, I hit F10 to save and exit, it then boots back up and within a couple seconds shuts back down, repeats this twice, then boots into safe mode saying these settings are unstable. I'm a little lost as Ive updated drivers and bios and have no overclock on the CPU
PC specs
Mb: b450m-k
Cpu: ryzen 2600
Ram: Team ddr4 3200mhz

If you could possibly point me in the right direction that would be great, thanks.

It's either:

- The motherboard not liking the RAM (though it's weird since it advertises compatibility up to 3466 MHz)

- The RAM not being properly capable of 3200MHz (try loosening the timings maybe? or return it)

- Extremely bad luck with the CPU's memory controller that does not handle 3200 MHz (Zen+ officially supports up to 2933MHz).

Ive manually tried 3000mhz, it worked but don't know how stable tho, would it be safest to drop to 2933mhz ?

What size kit is it?  If it's two sticks then I would make certain you've installed the RAM into the correct RAM slots as instructed by the manual.

What are the other details of your RAM kit?  The timings of it?
