Weird fps drops

Im having this issue for quite a while, and i just can't bear anymore. Its super annoying. On battlefield 4 i have this strange fps drop. On rise of the tomb raider (i made a thread about this game as well here 

 )

 

I just want to know what is the key part on my pc, so i can replace or repair or whatever......

 

Oh yes my specs:  gtx 1080, i7 3770, 16gb ram and 1tb.
