No serial number on Invoice.

Am I eligible for warranty or RMA if the GPU bill does not have serial number on it?

yes, serial number doesnt have to be on a receipt , receipt is to just show exactly what model u purchased ,  serial number sticker on the card should be there tho, if that is removed ur warranty is a goner
