2070/Vega64 would be ideal for your use case and possible budget?? Since you said 2080 is out of budget.

Galax is a good brand. Depends on the model of the card for the cooler. You can look here for a tiered list of GPU coolers and there rankings based on performance:

see 2060 as a 1070

see 580 as a 1060

and 1660 as a overclocked 1060

btw, if you didn't notice already, kfa2 and galax are the same brand

yea i notice that.. the card look exactly same except KFA2 has the name printing on the fan..

so 580 < 2060?

2070 = 1080?

i got my eye on Galax white card but wonder same 2070 they are cheaper then gigabyte 2070 white.. is that something to do with OC?

thats why I say rtx 2070 isnt worth it, stock 2060= 1070/ti,

overclocked 2060 =stock 1080

they are just too close in perf, like 10fps diff in 100+fps

does this mean getting a 2060 oc is much better choice... considering my current setup a worthy upgrade?

yes, look for rtx 2060 / vega 56/64 these are "best value" right now

(if price are good, I havent seen a vega available for months in my region)

difference between the ex and exoc is a factory overclock and maybe a little bit of binning, nothing special really
