RTX 2070 Thermal Paste

Hey people!

So from research that i had done a while ago, my conclusion was that the "best" thermal compound is the GC-EXTREME.

Here where i live, it started getting very hot.

Should i get n the trouble to replace the stock thermal paste from the 6 months old RTX 2070 with the GC-EXTREME?

What do you think?

MSI uses decent paste. You likely wont gain much from it, maybe 1-3c at most if I had to guess.

Coincidentally...  GC Extreme is tops performing outside of Kingpins's special sauce.  Just isn't at a decent price.

I'd bet on nothing to 1Cº considering the card is not even a year old at this point and this is an Armor cooler we're talking about... it's as low end as it gets, you need a better heatsink rather than thermal compound to save this one.

Armor cards are actually decent now on the 20 series, its the Ventus now thats replaced the Armor as the craptastic cooler.
