But I've seen issues as well.. Posted May 22, 2019 Many folks will find that they have to change the cas latency on a 3000MHz kit from 15 to 16 if the system doesn't automatically do it on its own. Ryzen doesn't like odd cas latency in many instances and kits of 3000MHz RAM made for Ryzen are CL16 because of this. So I'd say go for the 3200CL16 kit. Posted May 22, 2019 CL14 3000MHz and CL16 3200mhz are basically equal with CL16 3200Mhz doing a 1-3% better in games. So with CL15 3000mhz, it'll be even great difference so CL16 3200MHz is a no brainier.
