Headphones G430 Issue

I had my headphones for 1-2 years but lately when the headphone wheel goes up or down if it touches somewhere the right ear goes silent until i find the right place for the wheel.

I even have a second pair but when i use that i feel like the right ear is louder but with this one i feel the left one is louder.

The only "fix" i have is to find the right place and balance the sound from sound panel.

Has anybody experience something like this?
