Help stabilizing overclock!

So! Now with my trusty 1090T back into active duty, my previous 4.2Ghz OC wouldn't load properly anymore so I decided to completely redo my OC profile. I'm glad that the old profile didn't work because I was able to get my ram to clock to 2000mhz rather than the 1866-ish it was running at before. Both the north bridge and HT are also running at 2000Mhz, the max supported by the 1090T chip. I'm currently running at 4.14Ghz and its stable but I want to push it as high as I can, if possible. 4.14Ghz with 2000mhz ram is pretty baller already for my old chip but it would be cool to surpass my previous best with it. :3

So, here's where I'm stuck at. I am able to get past post and into windows but as soon as I try to run anything, the whole thing restarts. Its not a hard crash because the bios doesn't get reset and I don't get a prompt for a failed OC, just the "Windows suddenly crashed" screen. I feel like 4.25~4.3ghz can become stable with some tinkering but I'm at the end of my knowledge of what else to try. I can't push the voltage past 1.5375V because it gives me the over voltage error and get sent into the bios. I upped the thermal control to 140 and nearly got through a run of cinebench but it crashed at the last second so that helped but maxing it out caused a lockup at the sign-in screen and required a soft reset. Temps aren't an issue either. The highest I observed was 52~53C and the maximum specified for this particular chip is 62C.

Any suggestions would be helpful! I feel like I'm just missing something really obvious. > _<

Drop the PCIe? not sure what it's currently on.

Hmm... I know that normally its like 100 on most boards so I'd assume that's what auto sets it to. Is there any tool I can download to see what the frequency of the pcie is actually running at?

not that I know of

 

just manually set that to 100, and hope for the best
