Pc works "sometimes"

I have a weird problem, sometimes the pc starts, it works normally and then it dies randomly and then it bootcycles for like hours, so I need to like let it be turned off for like 4 hours atleast to get it to start normally.. and then it dies randomly again? Like wtf..

I have tried 3 different psus and different ram, 1 ram in each slot, i have resetted cmos, reseated cpu. I ordered an i5 2500k so I will see if it will work with that.

Spec:

 i3 2100

 H67MA-45 (B3)

 450w vp450p

 1 ssd

I started the pc without the cpu powercable and it did the same reboot cycle, maybe the cpu is dying?

I just find this shit weird, like how can It just boot up normally "sometimes"...  Maybe the i5 arrive today so I will see what happens with that one in..
