Freezing/Buzzing

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this problem. I recently built a new computer a little while ago. I'm getting random freezes and at the same time buzzing. Lasts for about 15 seconds, then everything is back to normal, picks up where it left off.

Sorry, I'm new here. Win 10, 8700K 4.8 Ghz. Asus Maximus XI apex, Corsair LP Ram @ 16 Gb. 3600Mhz, WD Black 500 Gb. M.2 x 2 ion raid 0. Corsair HX 1000I, Corsair H-60 Aio. Thanks for the swift response.

Perchance tell what GPU you are using?

Try everything not overclocked if it works your overclock is not stable.
